Section 44(2) in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Act, 1960
(2)The members of the Council of the Faculty who vacate office by reason of a declaration made under Sub-section (1) shall not, unless the Government otherwise direct be deemed disqualified for re-election or renomination.
