88. Presiding Officers at meetings of the Standing Committee.
(1)The Chairman or in his absence the Deputy Chairman shall preside at every meeting of a Standing Committee.(2)In the absence of the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman from any meeting, the members of the Standing Committee shall choose one of their members to preside over the meeting.
