Section 196(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)The provisional statement in Z.A. Form 60-B shall be prepared for each village by the Lekhpal who shall make entries from column 1 to column 8 with the help of the entries in the current khatauni and in the Statement in Z.A. Form 60-A.
