Section 40(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948
(1)The compensation payable to any person under this Act and the sums payable to any religious, educational or charitable institution under Section 38, sub-sections (1) and (2), may be paid in such form and manner, and at such time or times, and in one or more instalments, as may be prescribed by rules made by the Government.
