Section 1 in Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986.(2)It extends the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of March, 1984.
