Section 20 in Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Act, 1994
20. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the Authorities of the University namely:-(i)The Senate;(ii)The Syndicate;(iii)The Academic Council;(iv)The Planning Board;(v)The Finance Committee;(vi)The Board of Studies;(vii)Such other bodies as may be declared by the statutes to be the Authorities of the University.
