1.This reference was sent by the Government of NCT of Delhi vide Order No. F.24 (10)/12/Lab./CD/48 dated 06.01.12, with the following terms : ID 13/12. 1/2 "Whether the services of Sh. Praveen Verma S/o Sh. Om Prakash Verma have been terminated illegally and / or unjustifiably by the management and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"
2. Notice of reference was issued to workman for filing of the claim statement. But none appeared for the workman despite service on 23.01.12 and the matter was adjourned to 07.02.2012 for filing of the claim statement. However, on 07.02.12, 16.03.12, 03.04.12, 18.04.12, 09.05.12 and 05.07.12, none appeared for the workman nor any statement of claim was filed.
3. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, "No Claim Award" is passed. The reference is answered accordingly.
4. The requisite number of copies be sent to the appropriate government for publication of the award. File be consigned to record room.
