Section 18(1) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(1)The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes and provided in the Ordinances and regulations.
