The Excise Commissioner shall decide what excise staff is necessary for the proper supervision of the operations carried on in each warehouse or godown under Rule 214. The licensee shall pay to the Administration at the end of each calendar month such fees as may be determined from time to time by the Excise Commissioner. These fees shall be in addition to any other fees payable under the Act and shall not exceed in amount the whole of the cost of the excise staff employed for the purposes of this rule.
