Section 38(1) in The M.P. Sah Chikitsiy Parishad Adhiniyam, 2000
(1)The Registrar shall cause to be prepared, in such form as may be prescribed, a budget in respect of the financial year next ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and shall cause it to he laid before the Council at such time and in such manner as may he prescribed.
