Section 3(iv) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(iv)On receipt of the certificate of the authorisation under sub-section (3), Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar, shall establish the University by the name of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya.
