1. Ms. Nupur Bhati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while preparing the merit/select list of Sub Inspector, the respondents have migrated reserved category candidates to general category candidates, in spite of the fact that they had taken advantage of age relaxation etc.
2. She further submits that action of the respondents is clearly contrary to the judgment passed by Hon'ble The Supreme Court in case of Gaurav Pradhan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and Deepa E.V. Vs. Union of India & Ors).
3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.
4. Mr. Kailash Choudhary, associate of Mr. Manish Vyas, AAG is directed to accept notices.
