Section 37(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)The noticee shall submit to the designated authority its written representation within the period specified in the notice along with documentary evidence, if any, in support thereof:Provided that the designated authority may extend the time specified in the notice for sufficient grounds shown by the noticee and after recording reasons of extension in writing.
