3. Travelling allowance and daily allowance for attending meetings or other business.
- A member, who attends a meeting, or who under the orders of the Speaker attends to any other business connected with his duties as such member, may draw travelling allowance and daily allowance at the rates specified in the Act, subject to conditions and restrictions prescribed in these rules.
