12. Mode of payment and fees.
- All fees and fines to be paid under these rules shall be paid in the form of Bank Draft payable to the Licensing Officer or to the appellate authority on demand at Chennai or shall be paid in cash in the municipal treasury and the challan for such payment be accompanied along with the application forms.
