30. Bar to jurisdiction of Civil Courts.
- [(1) No suit shall lie in any Civil Court for compensation in respect of any injury, damage or loss resulting from anything done under this Act.(2)No suit or other proceedings shall lie against the Collector, other authorised person or any officer or worker employed by or under the Collector for anything in good faith done or intended to be done or purporting to be done under the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder.] [Section 30 renumbered as sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) added by W.B.
