(2)Words and phrases not defined in these Regulations Words and phrases used in these Regulations and defined in the Electricity Act, 2003 shall have the same meaning as defined therein. Words and phrases defined neither in these Regulations nor in the Electricity Act, 2003 but defined in other Acts and laws will have the meaning as defined therein unless the context requires otherwise. Words and phrases defined neither in these Regulations nor in any Act (or Law) shall have the same meaning as used in general electrical engineering practice and electricity industry.
