(c)During such visits he should make enquiries from respectable persons regarding -(i)the work of the rural police ;(ii)the local repute of persons under surveillance ;(iii)persons likely to resort to crime for any reasons ;(iv)local party factions ;(v)the incidence of crime and any concealment of cases;(vi)the probable resorts of absconders; and(vii)any other matters bearing on the criminal administration.
