Section 5A(2) in The Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1960
(2)An application under sub-section (1) shall be made within sixty days from the date of commencement of this section:Provided that in the case of an establishment started after the commencement of this section, such application shall be made within sixty days from the date on which the establishment commences its work.
