Section 1(1) in The Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Power Transmission System) Act, 1994
(1)This Act may be called the Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Power Transmission System) Act, 1994. 2 (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
