% 12.01.2022 Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks one week's time to file the rejoinder. Let the same be filed within a week. No further time shall be granted.
Counsel for the respondent has raised the aspect of the petitioner not making any pre-deposit for hearing of the present writ petition. The present writ petition has been preferred to assail the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by DRT, Jaipur, against which a statutory appeal is maintainable before the DRAT subject to a pre-deposit. Since the DRT is not functioning, the present writ petition has been preferred.
List on 17.02.2022. On the next date, the aspect of pre-deposit shall first be considered before proceeding to hear the appeal on merits.
