Section 10(2) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of fees) Regulations, 2008

(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or purported to have beendone under the repealed regulations shall be deemed to have been done orpurported to have been done under these regulations.FORM I
