Section 260 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
260. Surface transport system and accessories.
- For the purposes of this Act,-(a)the surface transport systems shall include streets, roads, footpaths, pedestrian pathways, parking areas, transportation terminals, both for passengers and goods, bridges, sub-ways, over-bridges, ferries and inland water transport systems, and(b)the transport system accessories shall includes traffic engineering schemes, street furniture, street lighting, parking lots and bus stops.
