Section 90 in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
90. Side Open Space.
- The building may be of the row-housing type and the maximum length of the buildings in a row shall be 50 m. After every 50 m. of the length of the buildings in a row, there shall be an open space of not less than 2.5 m. in width for the entire depth of the building:Provided that such open space shall not be necessary if there is a street or passage at such location, the minimum width of which is not less than 2.5 m.
