98. Amendment of section 211.- In section 211 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (7), for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (8),-(i) the words" managing agent, secretaries and treasurers," shall be omitted;(ii)for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
