Section 13(4) in The Juvenile Justice (Punjab) Rules, 1987
(4)Each institution shall follow a schedule of orientation talk for the newly admitted juveniles covering the following aspects, namely :-(a)interpretation of rules and regulations,(b)health, sanitation, hygiene,(c)institutional discipline and standards of behaviour, respect for elders, teachers, etc.,(d)self-improvement opportunities, and(e)responsibilities and obligations.
