(a)Every Visiting Committee appointed under sub-section (2) of section 3 shall consist of the Sessions Judge, the District Magistrate, the District Educational Officer of the district in which the school is situated and four non-official members appointed by the [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' was substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation of 1937 and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order of 1950.],
