Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called as the Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006.(2)These rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
