115. Mutual relationship between the Authority and the local authority.
- The mutual relationship in any matter to be observed between the Authority and any local authority within the area under the jurisdiction of the Authority in which they are jointly interested shall be such as may be determined by the State Government in consultion with the Authority and the local authority concerned.Form I[See Rule 12 (2)]
