Section 30 in THE COMMISSION FOR AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND ADJOINING AREAS ACT, 2021
30. Savings.
Notwithstanding the cessation of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2020 (Ord. 13 of 2020), anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so ceased, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
