1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of State Load Despatch Centre and Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2010.(2)These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra".
