Section 5(2)(i) in Tamil Nadu Payment of Pension to Tamil Scholars and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1983

(i)where the grantee is the daughter or sister of the martyr or of the person referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3, who is unmarried, on her marriage;
