Section 28(viii) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(viii)It shall be fitted with a suitable automatic flushing cistern connected to the urinal basin, stall or trough, by an adequate flush pipe or pipes of the lead, copper, iron or other equally suitable material having a minimum internal diameter of 12 mm and fitted with a suitable spreader or sparger pipe so as effectively to distribute the water over the internal surface of every basin, stall or trough ;
