This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order made in IA.No.710 of 2011 in OS.No.225 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court at Chengalpattu dated 29.02.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
