Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
(1)With respect to teaching at the University or college level, research and extension education programmes in the field of agriculture as broadly defined in this Act, the territorial jurisdiction and responsibility for this University shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Rajasthan Agriculture University Bikaner Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987), extend to Udaipur, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar, Bundi and Sirohi districts.
