- Every sum due to the Court from a manager or guardian or from the sureties of a manager or guardian, or from any officer or servant employed under the Court, or from the sureties of any such officer or servant, shall be recoverable as a demand under Bengal Act 7 of 1868 or [any similar law] [See Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 (4 of 1914).] for the time being in force.
