Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board Service Regulations, 1989
(1)In these regulations, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(i)The 'Act' means the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1972).(ii)The 'Board' means the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board;(iii)The 'Government' means the Government of Tamil Nadu.
