Section 10 in The Orissa Conduct of Examinations Act, 1988
10. Investigation, etc.
(1)An offence under this Act shall not be investigated by an officer below the rank of a Sub-Inspector of Police.(2)All offences under this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
