Section 5(1) in The Merchant Shipping (Examination For Skipper And Second Hand Of A Fishing Vessel) Rules, 1964
(1)The examination shall comprise of three parts,- (i) the written test, (ii) the oral test, and (iii) the signalling test. The written and the oral test shall, unless specially permitted, be taken together in the first instance.
