FACTS
Vide RTI dt 1.3.13, appellant had sought information on 12 points.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 5.4.13, provided a response to all the queries barring query no.2. Subsequently vide letter dt 8.5.13, response to query no.5 was provided.
3. An appeal was filed on 4.8.13.
4. AA vide order dt 20.9.13, provided a response and disposed of the appeal. A copy is submitted to the Commission by the CPIO and taken on record.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that though she has been provided copies of her answer sheet in query no.2 the same are not certified.
DECISION
6. The Commission directs CPIO to provide certified copies to the appellant within ten days from date of receipt of the order.
The appeal is disposed of.
