1. The respondents have filed the compliance report stating therein that they have obtained the opinion from the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
2. Though the respondents were not at all required to obtain any legal opinion, particularly when they had miserably failed even before the highest court of the country, however, still taking into consideration that the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has opined that the judgment of the High court is required to be implemented in its letter and spirit, this Court grants ten days' time as last and final opportunity to the respondents to implement the judgment, non compliance of which has been reported to this Court, in its letter and spirit, failing which, the respondents shall remain present 2 ROBSW No. 7/2023 c/w CPSW No. 601/2018 in person before the Court on the next date of hearing so that they are formally charged for committing contempt of the Court.
