(2)The annual reports shall be laid, before both houses of the State Legislature.26. Accounts and audit.- (1) The appropriate authority shall cause to be maintained suchbooks of accounts and other registers as may be prescribed and shall prepare in the prescribedmanner an annual statement of accounts.
