213. Prohibition for laying water pipes and construction of latrines and cesspools.
- Subject to such terms and conditions as may be provided by regulations for from time to time, the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer shall have the power to prohibit -(a)laying of water-pipes in any place where water is likely to be polluted, or(b)construction of latrine or cesspool within six meters of any well, tank, water-pipe, or cistern, or(c)the use of water from any polluted source of supply.
