Section 2(12) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
(12)"Registrar" means Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed under section 3, and includes any person appointed to assist the Registrar on whom all or any of the powers or duties of the Registrar have been or has been conferred or imposed, under this Act;[(12-A) "Reserve Bank" means the Reserve Bank of India constituted under the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934);] [Added vide H.
