52V. Miscellaneous.
(1)The expired stock of essential narcotic drugs shall be destroyed by the recognised medical institution in the presence of an officer nominated by the Controller of Drugs.(2)The unused essential narcotic drugs returned by the patients shall be considered as receipts by the recognised medical institution.(3)Essential narcotic drugs shall not be transferred, loaned or sold by the recognised medical institution to other institutions without the prior approval of the Controller of Drugs.
