 Prayer:	 This 	Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to issue the patta for the property in S.No.39/6 and 39/7 of paruthipattu Village, Thiruvellore District in favour of the members of the petitioners association.

When the matter was called on 06.07.2018 and 10.07.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to post the Writ Petition under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (12.07.2018) when the matter was called in the morning there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner therefore, the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even at 2:15 p.m there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
