Section 103(c) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(c)when electric vibrators are used in concreting work-(i)such vitrators shall be earthed;(ii)the leads of such vibrators shall be heavily insulted; and(iii)the current shall be switched-off when such vibrators are not in . use.
