15. Renewal of licence.
(1)The provisions of rule 8 to rule 13, shall apply in the case of an application for renewal of a licence as it applies to a fresh application for licensed Certifying Authority.(2)A Certifying Authority shall submit an application for the renewal of its licence not less than forty-five days before the date of expiry of the period of validity of licence.(3)The application for renewal of licence may be submitted in the form of electronic record subject to such requirements as the Controller may deem fit.
