Section 29(5) in The U.P. Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1986
(5)The Excise Inspector of the circle from where the supply is made shall, after verification make necessary entries on the reverse of the copy of the pass received by him and return the same to the officer granting the pass. Similar action will be taken by the Excise Inspector at the destination of the consignment.
