Section 23(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014
(1)On and from the appointed day, there shall be [58 seats in the Legislative Council of Andhra Pradesh] [Substituted for the words '50 seats in the Legislative Council of Andhra Pradesh' by Act No. 12 of 2015.] and 40 seats in the Legislative Council of Telangana, respectively.
